I have been drawing since I was a little girl (back when dinosaurs walked the earth) and have been a freelance artist and illustrator for over 20 years. I started as a paste-up and graphic artist back when paste-up was done with spray-glue, sheets of printed type and a T-square, before concentrating on my first love - illustration work. I currently serve as the on-staff artist for the education department of a marine park, as well as do work for local graphic designers, paint wall murals, create personalized cards, and have had the great good fortune to illustrate 5 children's picture books for Sylvan Dell Publishing (with a 6th on the way). Color or black & white, pencil, ink, paint or scratchboard. A 22' wall mural or a 2 decal. Any place where words and pictures meet - and sometimes the picture says it all.
