Some (many) years ago I was born in Kishinev, Moldova, former USSR, to a family who did not believe that Art could be a valuable undertaking. Throughout much turmoil, through multiple migrations, I had always been able to carve out a safe haven from reality, by filtering it all through the lens of my dreams.
I graduated from California Institute of the Arts, with BFA in Character Animation. In May 2004, my first animated short film City e-Scape was featured in Anifest International Film Festival in Europe. My fine art is exhibited in numerous Galleries in Southern California. I illustrated published children books and educational brochures for kids.
Today I live in LA with my husband, two beautiful daughters and our pet doggy Stella. I am always working hard on my art and enjoy reading, writing and illustrating books for children and adults.
